Lingot Saint Bousquet d Orb
The monks of the Saint Bousquet d'Orb monastery, in Herault, have for several centuries made this little goat's cheese, "Lingot". Produced from milk that is particularly tasty due to the vegetation of the region, Lingot gives off a subtle aroma of undergrowth and a herb taste of thyme and rosemary. This cheese will leave you with an unforgettable, sunny sensation.
