Tommette Laious

Despite the imposing size of most Pyrenean cheeses, there are some of a size that is easier to sell and buy. The Laious is an artisanal cheese made with ewe's milk. It has a solid pleasantly rustic flavour and aroma, and easily holds its own against the bigger cheeses.
